Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet on rt77. By registering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and rt77 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern your access to and use of the rt77 website at rt77.bio, including all gaming services, betting markets, account features, payment processing, bonuses, and any other functionality made available through the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use rt77.
rt77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The most current version is always available here and takes effect upon publication.

1. Eligibility

Where verification confirms a player is under 21, the account will be immediately and permanently suspended, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings accumulated on the account will be void.
rt77 is designed for use by players based in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you confirm that your use of rt77 is lawful under any laws applicable to you. Players who circumvent geographic access restrictions using VPNs or proxy services do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without prior notice.
By registering with rt77, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You further confirm that you are not using funds derived from any illegal or fraudulent source.
2. Account Registration and Management
To use rt77's paid gaming services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number based in Bangladesh, a unique password, and acceptance of these Terms. You must provide accurate and truthful information. rt77 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. rt77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity under your account is deemed authorised by you unless you have previously notified rt77 that your credentials have been compromised. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, contact rt77 support immediately.
rt77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or collusive activity; use of prohibited software; failure to pass age or identity verification; or at the request of a responsible gaming self-exclusion. In most cases rt77 will provide reasonable notice before closing a compliant account, but this obligation does not apply where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rt77 are processed via Bangladesh mobile financial services. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. rt77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawals may only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud-prevention measure. rt77 may request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- rt77 processes withdrawals in real time subject to the payment service provider's own processing windows. rt77 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile financial service downtime or scheduled maintenance at the payment provider.
- Funds deposited on rt77 may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. rt77 accounts are not interest-bearing and must not be used as a general-purpose savings or e-wallet facility.
- rt77 may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, including proof of identity and confirmation that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source.
rt77 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Any transaction reasonably suspected of being linked to money laundering or fraud will be flagged, investigated, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Associated accounts will be suspended pending the outcome of any investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
rt77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other time-limited promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated rollover requirement has been fully met.
- Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. rt77 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim if the player does not meet the eligibility criteria for that offer.
- rt77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reason to suspect abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of the promotional offer.
- Players must not use multiple accounts or share devices with intent to claim the same bonus more than once, or use any technical exploit to gain bonus credit not legitimately earned. Such activity will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rt77. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be permanently banned. All associated balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits will be forfeited.
- Opening or operating more than one rt77 account, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address, for any purpose including bonus harvesting.
- Using any automated script, bot, or third-party software to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage on the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or otherwise engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or card-sharing in live games.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful source, or using the rt77 platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime.
- Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, verification, or the withdrawal process, including impersonating another individual or using a false mobile number.
rt77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, rt77 may report the matter to financial authorities, law enforcement, or other regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the rt77 platform — including software, game titles, artwork, logos, graphics, text, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of rt77 or its third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any rt77 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of rt77 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, gaming losses, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the rt77 platform, even if rt77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rt77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. rt77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. rt77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits credited to your rt77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Responsible Gaming
rt77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for adult players. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. rt77 provides the following tools to all registered players: the ability to set personal deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis; a time-out feature that temporarily suspends account access for a defined period; and a self-exclusion option for players who wish to permanently close their account and prevent re-registration.

Your continued use of rt77 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using rt77 and may request account closure by contacting support.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rt77 and the User agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits rt77's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or platform integrity.
